WRMA specializes in civil engineering design for water resources, urban drainage and wastewater systems.

Civil Engineering

WRMA specializes in civil engineering design and/or relocation of proposed or existing stormwater and wastewater collection systems.

Our civil design team specializes in hydraulic assessments and stream restoration, as well as the design of wetlands, stormwater ponds, and erosion and sediment control plans. WRMA’s design approach combines green infrastructure elements with more traditional elements to provide functionally dependable and environmentally friendly collection systems for public and private facilities.

Our staff can assist with project development throughout the lifecycle of the project, beginning with the conceptual/planning phase, through permitting, site layout and design.

WRMA engineers hold certifications with Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) as well as the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE). They are well versed in both federal (FEMA) and state (DOT) regulations including NPDES and MS4 Permits.
