Water Resources Management Associates, Inc. (WRMA) was founded with the ambition of providing professional engineering services in all fields of water resources engineering to large corporate, state, and municipal institutions.
Originally founded in 1997 as a Hispanic owned certified small business minority enterprise (SBE/MBE/DBE), WRMA has served its valued clients throughout the U.S. for over twenty years.
WRMA specializes in the analysis and design of municipal stormwater, sanitary or combined sewer systems, and flood control/drainage facilities. Our design team is also well versed in drainage for transportation infrastructure (road, ports, and airports), land development, landfill, and solid waste facilities.
WRMA associates have successfully completed numerous projects for municipal Capital Improvement Programs (CIP’s) including stormwater and waste water infrastructure condition assessment and evaluation, sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) compliance, combined sewer overflow (CSO) compliance, sanitary and storm sewer system rehabilitation, pump station H&H modeling and efficiency analysis, sewer design utilizing trenchless technologies, stormwater conveyance design and treatment, hydraulic modeling and analysis, water quality assessment and modeling, flood control flood level of service (LOS) determination, bridge hydraulic and scour analysis, watershed stream restoration, environmental site assessment and permitting, and GIS/CAD services.
WRMA engineers are highly skilled in computer modeling of surface and groundwater domains and in the execution of wetland ecosystem (hydroperiod) modeling, seepage modeling, and flood plain mapping.
