WRMA engineers specialize in the analysis, planning and design of projects encompassing hydrology, hydraulics, computer modeling, hydraulic design, flood control, floodplain management, stream bank protection, environmental compliance for flood control projects and habitat conservation and enhancement related to flood control projects.
WRMA staff has acquired significant experience while performing project through past and on-going contracts with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) in the implementation of a major regional South Florida flood control project.
